2 Tips for taking better photos of your children.

I don't know about you guys, but I like to take a lot of photos of my kids. Here's a few tips to help you start taking better photos of your kids today.

1. Look for shade. When you're outside on a sunny day get your kids in the shade for a photo. You won't have to worry about them squinting in the sunlight and they won't have any harsh shadows on their face. Shade is your best friend:)

2. Use a big window or your front door for light. If you're inside use a large window or open your front door and use the light from the window or door (just don't put them in direct sunlight as I mentioned above).

The below photo was taken in my studio and there is a large window to their left that is providing beautiful light.

All right, now it's time to practice. Try it out and let me know your results! If you have any questions fill out the contact form on my website and let me know!
